Tom Yam Kung or Spicy shrimp soup. (Spicy rate: 5)
With shrimp, mushroom, coconut milk, chilli and many kind of Thai herb. Best served hot with a plate of steamed rice and a dish of omelette.

Kaeng Khiao Wan or Green curry. (Spicy rate: 3)

It is cooked with Thai green curry, coconut milk, crisp eggplant and meat.  You may choose it with shrimp or beef or chicken and eat with steamed rice or Khanom chin , a kind of Thai white noodles.

Method

1. Pour sticky rices with water to clean all dirt.
